This is my favorite yarn. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It is made in Nepal from remnants of silk fabric from Sari factories.
Some of the skeins are made from carefully selected color blends,

but most are random and include a little of everything. It is lumpy and fuzzy and oh so colorful!
When I weave with it, I like to just use a little of it and surround it with a solid color, so that the colors can stand out and not just muddy each other.

I also found this yarn, which is just strips of the silk fabric. The skein is beautiful as it is. If I weave it up into something, will it enhance it or make it harder to enjoy?
